No serial port on Toshiba Satellite A30

Hi all

OMG I bought a laptop without a serial port !!! I did not even think that It
would not have a serial port until I came to plug a serial device into it.

I understand that it is possible to get a USB-Serial converter but will one
of these things work under FBSD ? Has anybody ever configured one ?

Yes. Yes.

I believe the one I used was based on the Keyspan USA-19W chip.
