Dell S4BIOS partition

Can anybody give me some pointers on how to (re)create the DELL BIOS
save to disk partition? I've upgraded disks and managed to lose this
in the transition. I have a Dell Inspiron 8000, if that matters.

this is done using 'mks2d.exe'. it is avail for download on dell support
site (downloads area).

there is also an RH-7.2 specific tool there. I don't know what's the
difference.
